Description

Our home in Cape Coral is very special to us. We take good care of it and make sure all our guest are happy. We visit the house when it is not rented to maintain it. Since we do not use the hoouse that often the furniture is barely used and the house is well kept.

The house was renovated in 2005 with new tile, kitchen cabinets, granite counter top, apppliances, just to name a few. The furniture was bought new in 2006. That same year we put in the pool with two solar heating panals that keep the pool warm year round. The pool is maintained weekly along with the grounds.

The house is in on an L shaped canal so you have a clear view from the lanai. It is one half (1/2) mile from the river that can take you to the gulf. It takes about 5 minutes with a boat to get out to the river. No bridges. direct access to river.Included are 2 electric lifts, one for a boat and the other for personal watercraft (ie. Jet-Ski) you bring with you or may rent from local rental dealers.

Located nearby are Fort Meyers and Sanibel Island. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We enjoy going to Fort Meyers beach and spending the evening shopping and dining out. During the day the beach is a lot of fun. Our kids went parasailing there and loved it.
